The Public Service Act has since 2019 (Comcare v Banerji) mostly disallowed expert public dissent about politicians choices from those best qualified and in the loop to criticize them. Which looks like a deliberate neutralization of Australia's most effective & impassioned dissenters, where everyone else is still entitled to express their political opinion, which is a human right.
