Absolutely correct, totally rushed through with no consideration of the timetable of delivery not once put in writing and signed and stamped by both countries. Not this wishy washy maybe sometime, maybe never. If it was to one-up the coalition, it failed totally. No wonder pensions are so tiny they're not noticed withouta magnifying glass -a huge one at that.
